(I) Type, mode and purpose for information collection
You understand and agree that we can provide your personal information to the competent authorities pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations, court orders or any other provisions of legal proceedings, or mandatory requirements imposed by administrative or judicial bodies without your authorization or consent.
A. Storage permissions: When you use website or app, you may select to enable this permission for reading, modifying or deleting your storage in the SD card, and for saving, uploading and downloading files or logs.
B. Camera permissions: When you use photo taking function in the website or app, you need to enable this permission for taking photos or recording videos.
C. Permission to access to Wi-Fi information: When you check the Wi-Fi connection status and current network status in the website or app, you need to enable this permission for vising the network status or connection to Wi-Fi.

5.1 Partners related to data usage process
5.1.1 Principles
a. Principle of legality: The data usage activities related to the cooperation with partners must have legal purpose and conform to legal basis of legality. If the partner's use of the information no longer accord with the principle of legality, it shall not use your personal information or shall only use it after obtaining the appropriate legal basis.

If personal information is processed jointly by Autobot and partners, we will sign related agreement with the partner in accordance with laws and agree on the rights and obligations of both parties to ensure that the usage of personal information complies with related legal provisions and safeguard data security.

(I) Entrusting for processing
If it is necessary to provide you with better or required products or services, we may entrust a third-party service provider to analyze or process your personal information. 3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
4) Sufficient evidence proving that you conduct acts in bad faith or abuse your rights;
5) Response to your request will cause severe damages to your legitimate interests or those of any other individuals or organizations;
6) Involvement of trade secrets.

Please note that, the operators of the third-party websites you visit, third-party services access to through us and third parties receiving your personal information from Autobot may have their own privacy policies; we will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause these subjects to adopt protection measures on your personal information. However, we cannot ensure they will do so based on our requirements. Please contact them directly to learn details about their privacy policies. If you find websites created by or applications developed by third parties have leakage risks, we recommend you to immediately stop related operation to protect your legitimate interests.
VII. Special provision on right to privacy of minors
We expect parents or guardians to guide minors to use our services.
